Your Realtor in association with an approved lender and other approved affiliate services will credit any person or persons accepted into the rental rebate program 10% of the rent an applicant has previously paid in their current lease up to the past 2 years, up to a maximum of 1% of the purchase price of a resale home, up to $10,000. The monies credited to any person or persons accepted into the rental rebate program can only be used for closing costs approved by Rich Szerman and will appear as a credit in to escrow. Applicants must be approved for a home loan by a lender approved by Rich Szerman and must use Realtor and approved affiliate services to be eligible for the rental rebate credit. In order to be eligible for this program application must be made prior to entering in to escrow and Realtor must receive a minimum of 3% of the purchase price as commission as part of the buyer’s agent’s compensation in the transaction from the seller.

Applicants must provide proof of eligibility prior to entering into escrow to receive credit for the rental rebate program. Rich Szerman will accept copies of cancelled checks, landlord’s written statement accompanied with a fully executed copy of a lease, or other proof as approved by Rich Szerman.

Acceptance into the rental rebate program is not a guarantee of any monies for home purchase. All applicants must adhere to program parameters and Rich Szerman reserves the right to alter or cancel this program at any time with no notice to applicant. Realtor assumes no liability or responsibility for applicant’s failure to close escrow due to any changes in this program.
